Eligibility for Returns

⏰ Timeframe: EmeryStar Labs accepts returns of unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase.
🌟 Multiple Bottles/Products: For full refunds, all but one bottle must be returned unopened for both subscription and non-subscription purchases.

Return Process

📦 RMA Requirements: RMAs are available for returns within the 48 continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
📧 Refund Process: Contact our customer care at emerystarlabs@gmail.com within 30 days of the original order date to initiate a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) and obtain a Return Mailing Authorization (RMA) number.
💸 Refund Processing: Upon receipt of your return, we will process your credit to the original payment method.
