Delivery Notifications

Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an immediate email confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package online.

Delivery Timescales

📦 Domestic (United States): Orders typically ship within 72 hours and are delivered within 5 business days.

🇨🇦 Canada: Orders are usually delivered within 2 weeks.

🌎 International: Delivery may take up to 3 weeks, depending on your location.

To ensure a specific delivery date, please contact us at least 10 working days in advance.

International Deliveries

International orders are primarily shipped via FedEx International Economy, which partners with local carriers for final delivery. Please note that international orders may incur additional customs and duties charges, which are not included in our shipping costs.

Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, refer to the redelivery options provided by the delivery company. If no delivery note is left, use your tracking ID to locate your package and arrange collection. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect, we will notify you by email. You can choose to have the item re-shipped or cancel the order. For undelivered items due to customer error, we reserve the right to deduct shipping fees from any refund.

Late Deliveries or Dispatch

While we strive to meet our delivery times, high volume sales periods, weekend orders, or public holidays may cause delays of 1-2 days. Additionally, delivery service issues or customs delays are beyond our control. We will keep you informed if such delays occur.
