Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, refer to the redelivery options provided by the delivery company. If no delivery note is left, use your tracking ID to locate your package and arrange collection. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect, we will notify you by email. You can choose to have the item re-shipped or cancel the order. For undelivered items due to customer error, we reserve the right to deduct shipping fees from any refund.
